Digitally remastered two-fer in mini LP sleeve. The Cannonball Adderley Quintet featured on SOPHISTICATED SWING and CANNONBALL'S SHARPSHOOTERS was one of the finest bands of the altoist's career. It included Nat Adderley (Cannonball's brother) on cornet, Junior Mance on piano, Sam Jones on bass and Jimmy Cobb on drums. Despite their brilliance, the group would only record three albums together, consisting of the two LPs included here and CANNONBALL ENROUTE.
