This release features the SHM-CD format and presents a US-compiled album with a title inspired by the Flower Movement, a symbol of psychedelic culture, with a track selection comprising US single releases from the latter half of 1966 onward, songs omitted from the US editions of "Aftermath" and "Between the Buttons," and three tracks that were unreleased at the time, "My Girl," "Ride On, Baby," and "Sittin' On A Fence," originally released in 1967 and presented here using the 2002 remaster, and it includes liner notes and lyrics with Japanese translation.
