Limited blue and white colored vinyl LP pressing. The Black Dahlia Murder's seminal third album Nocturnal was originally issued on Metal Blade Records in September of 2007. Nocturnal was the band's first to feature the potent new rhythm section with incoming bassist Bart Williams and drummer Shannon Lucas, who had just exited All That Remains. It's also the last album to feature longtime guitarist John Kempainen. Chock full of flesh searing riffage, mind-bending guitar solos, and disgustingly poetic gore soaked lyricism, Nocturnal finds The Black Dahlia at their most violent while never compromising the melodicism that they've become synonymous with. Home to the signature standouts "Everything Went Black" and "I Worship Only What You Bleed."
