Hurricane was the final score from Oscar winning composer Nino Rota. This 1979 romance and adventure film featuring Mia Farrow and Jason Robards was produced by Dino de Laurentiis. Nino Rota was an Italian composer, pianist and conductor who is best known for his scores to Federico Fellini's films, Franco Zeffirelli's Shakespeare films, and for the first two films of Francis Ford Coppola's Godfather trilogy. He received the Academy Award for Best Original Score for The Godfather Part II (1974).
